sending mail from command line

I'm looking for a little program that can send mail from command line in a
windows environment.

There are many program who can perform such a thing, like gbmail or blat.
Unfortunately those program can't add the "sendername" field, only the "from"
address.

There are some program wich can send mail from command line that allow to add a
sendername field in any mail ?

Have you considered using open source software?
e.g. perl with MIME::Lite module from CPAN.org
